Our Services include:

2. Credits and Payments

Divine operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to perform analyses.

Credit Costs:

Payment:

• • Credits are purchased using USDC on the Base blockchain
• • All purchases are final and non-refundable
• • Credit prices are subject to change; purchased credits remain valid at their original value

Credit Validity:

Credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely, unless your account is terminated for Terms violations.

Blockchain Transactions:

• • All credit purchases are processed on the Base blockchain
• • You are responsible for transaction fees (gas)
• • Transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• • We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses
• • Smart contract risks exist; interact at your own risk

No Refunds:

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and the immediate delivery of digital services, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or completed analyses.

Wallet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your connected wallet. Divine is not liable for losses due to compromised wallets or unauthorized transactions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Divine only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
• • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit analysis results without permission
• • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

Data You Analyze:

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze any accounts or content you submit. Divine does not verify ownership or consent for analyzed profiles.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Divine at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

AI-Generated Results: Analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice. Do not use Divine results as the sole basis for legal action, public accusations, or defamation claims against individuals or organizations.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Divine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• • Results will meet your specific requirements

Accuracy Notice:

Our AI-powered analysis provides probabilistic assessments, not definitive conclusions. Bot detection scores, authenticity ratings, and other metrics are estimates based on available data patterns. Use results as one factor in your decision-making, not as absolute truth.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

Divine relies on X/Twitter's API for data access. Service availability and data accuracy depend on third-party API availability. We are not responsible for:
